My response to Facebook private message. A fan wrote in regarding her store experience. She stated that she recently gained and lost a large amount of weight due to Stage III Uterine Cancer. The store associates provided great service and made her feel beautiful: something she hadn’t felt in a long time.

Email Templates

These are a few official email templates written for specific customer service situations. The purpose is to maintain a consistent corporate style and tone when different customer service agents are responding to customer issues. They are loaded into an Email/Chat software system to be automatically added to email responses.

From top: (a) April 2014. Response to pricing increases as a result of the company’s new international business offering. (b) November 2015. Response to customers stating they did not receive their order, though the tracking indicates the package has been delivered. (c) January 2015. Response to customer complaints regarding the company’s website updates. (d) May 2014. Notification of company’s shipping rate increases.
